It’s not an exciting offering this week. I wish they had chosen Chase Headley who was just called up for San Diego.
I don’t think it’s an accident that there are 3 cards being IPO’d rather than the usual 4 that have been offered each week up to this week. Looks like they are trying to stretch the offerings farther into the season–which is fine, but I’m not sure if late June is a good indication. Usually the stretching starts after the all-star break. Nevertheless, it’ll be interesting to see how long this IPO season will stretch.
