Hard to explain but the fake looks more like a drawing, the real one has better lighting and looks more photographic (pretty state of the art for the time, I imagine). Skin tone completely off in the fake, it’s too dark and orangey.

Thats what is off. The bold coloring gives it away.

You say the coloring is way off, but don’t say what exactly is off. The width of the card looks exactly the same as the PSA 7 as well. The main difference I see is that MICKEY MANTLE seems more bold/thicker in the top one versus the bottom.
