If you had to choose, which pack would you rather open? 1948 Bowman baseball or 1948 Leaf baseball? Both sets contain rookie cards of Warren Spahn, Stan Musial, Ralph Kiner, and a bunch of other Hall of Famers. The 1948 Leaf set contains the Jackie Robinson rookie. I would probably go with the ‘48 Leaf just because of the Robinson, although the ‘48 Bowman contains the Yogi Berra rookie.

i like the way the Leaf looks. So based on purely superficial reasons, I choose that.
