Last night was my second trip to see a State College Spikes game. The Spikes won their 8th game of the year against the Jamestown Jammers. Thats great because Jamestown is at the top of the division and State College is at the bottom. This has to be one of the best minor league stadiums I have ever been to. I was able to get autographs of Ciro Rosero and Owen Brolsma on my ticket stubs. I had tickets right behind homeplate. The giveaway for the first 2,000 fans through the gate was a “Nookie Monster” bank. Since the stadium is so close to Beaver Stadium I got a few pictures of where Penn State plays.
Right outside Beaver Stadium at the Joe Paterno statue.
Lubrano Park where the Spikes play.

This looks like it should be on a Topps card.

Nookie Monster disturbs me somehow…
Looks like a real fun day you had for yourself…wish I could have gone.
