Silver Stickers On Minis

I think we all know how collectors feel when it comes to sticker autographs, especially the little silvers ones.  I’d like to know why Topps thought it would be ok to use silver stickers on some of their mini autographs found in 2010 Topps T206?  The shiny silver color totally takes away from the overall design of the card.  Being much smaller than the standard sized card, your eyes almost go right to the sticker and nothing else.  If you have to use a sticker on a mini, its always better to go with a clear one.  If Topps tried this with Allen & Ginter, I think we’d see a mutiny.

  1. I don’t think they are that bad, and it uses up the silver sticker stock faster.
