“Pin-Up” of the Week: GameDay Super Bowl Card Show Pin

Anyone remember GameDay?  They were the manufacturer of those really tall cards back in the early 90’s.  GameDay has been out of business for quite sometime now, and most of their cards aren’t worth two pennies, but in 1993 they were one of the main sponsors of the Super Bowl Card Show.  That year the Cowboys beat the Bills in Super Bowl XXVII 52-17.  Troy Aikman was named the MVP.  Most of the major card companies had pins made for this event.  Recently a bunch of different pins from this era have popped-up for sale.  One pin sold for $13.00.
