No its not the most attractive name for a set, but 1969 Transogram does have its share of collectors out there.  This 60-card set needed to be hand-cut off the backs of boxes which each contained a collectible baseball figure. Some boxes contain one figure while others have up to three.  Every box has a corresponding card on the back to match whichever figure(s) are inside the box.  All of the cards have blank backs.  The set is filled with Hall of Famers such as Hank Aaron, Mickey Mantle, and Roberto Clemente.  Condition is a big factor when it comes to this set.  If you didn’t have a good eye, you were likely to damage the cards.  Trimming is normally a problem when it comes to vintage cards, but in this case it was the only way to get the cards off the box.  As for the figures themselves, they were cheaply made.  The player’s name and number look to be printed on a tiny piece of paper.  It not uncommon to find them peeled off.
