2015 Bowman Inception Baseball Box Break & Review

2015 Bowman Inception Baseball is right up my alley!  Topps does a wonderful job of creating high-end looking cards for not that bad of a price.  Boxes are selling for about $86.00.  For a product that delivers (5) autographs per box, that’s darn good.  Especially in today’s hobby.

If your someone that really enjoys collecting prospects but doesn’t want all the excess base cards that come with a regular box of BowmanInception is what you should be opening.  These cards have always looked sharp.  The painted art look has always been a personal favorite.  Even though it is heavily driven by prospects and rookies, Topps did include select veteran autographs from guys like Bryce Harper and Mike Trout.  These come in the form of the Inception Origins Autographs.  They are signed on-card and in silver ink.  The background also looks like the side panel of a baseball.

Another cool thing that Topps has included within Bowman Inception are the Inception looking versions of the regular Bowman cards.  This is where Topps will take a player’s Bowman card and run it through a filter to give it that painted look.  They then get them signed.  This isn’t the first time Topps has made these, but they seem to be a big hit with collectors.  They aren’t easily to pull either as they are case “hits”.

2015 Bowman Inception Baseball  has everything I look for in a product – clean design, mostly on-card autographs, high-end stuff, and NO base cards.  Plus the price is very reasonable.

Here is what I pulled:
