If you’re looking for another quick break that boosts the number of hits per box 2021 Topps Tier One is right up your alley.

Forget about putting a base set together, because there isn’t one. Tier One is all about the hits. Inside each box you’ll find (1) pack housing (3) cards – (2) autographs and (1) relic. Its common for a few boxes per case to have an extra hit.

Small boxes like this focused mainly on the hits can be hit or miss. Some boxes have the potential to have major pulls, while others are a bit more down to earth. Its always a gamble, especially with today’s premium prices.

Patches, bat barrels, bat knobs, and on-card autographs are what truly drive this brand. Some cards contain sticker autographs, but for the most part they are hard signed. I’ve pulled very few paint-pen signatures in the past, and was lucky to pull one this time. When I think of Tier One paint-pen autographs are the first thing to pop in my head. Dark backgrounds, animated signatures, and color ink really makes these autographs pop.

Autographs include Break Out, Clear One, Dual Clear One, Next Level, Prime Performers, Tier One, Tier One Talent, Dual Autographs, Triple Autographs, and Cut Signatures.

Autograph/Relics include Autograph Tier One Relics, Dual Autograph Tier One Relic Book, Autographed Prodigious Patches, Perfect Contact Autographed Bat Relics, Signature Tools Autograph Relics, Tier One Autographed Bat Knobs, Tier One Autographed Limited Lumber, Tier One Autographed Uniform Button Relics, and Cut Signatures Relics.

Relics include Prodigious Patches, Tier One, Tier One Legends, Tier One Uniform Button, Tier One Bat Knobs, and Tier One Limited Lumber.

Opening Tier One by the case or joining a group break might yield the best overall results. As mentioned before, individual boxes can be hit or miss. Luckily this year’s rookie class has a lot of potential which can help balance out most boxes.

Autos:
