Leaf’s 2011 National Promo Plans

Leaf announced today its promo plans for the 2011 National Sports Collectors Convention.

Leaf will be giving away a special 10-card set during the show.  They plan to announce how this set will get into the hands of collectors shortly.  The set includes the following: Muhammad Ali, Pete Rose, Vince Lombardi, Nolan Ryan, Cam Newton, Mark Ingram, Stewie Griffin, Tom Dwan, Hulk Hogan, and Jon “Bones” Jones.

Leaf will have special Metal cards for those collectors busting boxes of their products at their booth.  These Metal cards will include Alie, Rose, Newton, and Ryan.  One card will be given at random for each box opened.  It wouldn’t be a Metal set without parallels now would it?  Each Metal card in the set will have a Silver, Blue, Red, and Gold parallel card.

Feel like breaking a case at their booth during the show?  Collectors who do will receive a commemorative Pop Century Blue parallel autograph limited to 5 or less.

Brian Gray has done a great job since acquiring the Leaf brand.  I’m not saying Razor didn’t have some good stuff, but sometimes its all in the name.  Anyway, here is a look at their 2011 NSCC promo set.
