This is probably the best Prestige we’ve seen in years. Yes, it does have it’s share of sticker autographs, but there are also a bunch of on-card signatures to look for. The base set is nicely done featuring the 2012 Draft Class in their new NFL uniforms. Its great that Panini waited to use the Rookie Premiere photos, and I don’t see any white boxes when it comes to the autographs. The QR code is a nice touch that you’ll find slapped on the outside of the box.
Lots of collectors are wondering where the new Peyton Manning and Tim Tebow cards are that feature them in their new uniforms. Panini previewed these cards to collectors awhile back, but they don’t seem to be anywhere within this product. Who knows where they are? I bet we see them as promos at this year’s National Sports Collectors Convention.

Boxes are currently selling for $100.00.
“Hit” Quality:
Each 24-pack box contains (4) “hits” – (2) autographs and (2) memorabilia cards. You can also look for various serial numbered parallels, inserts, and Draft Day rookie variations. The Draft Day rookie variations are fun to watch for, especially if you hit an autographed version.

Overall, I give 2012 Prestige 4 helmets out of 5 (1=poor & 5=perfect). This is a major improvement over what we’ve seen in previous years. Eager collectors looking to bust some early NFL licensed stuff should enjoy opening a box.
